Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Tablix ("Service"), available at tablix.me, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.
Tablix is operated by Tablix Tecnologia, based in São Paulo - SP, Brazil.
Service description
Tablix is a web tool for spreadsheet processing. The service allows you to upload CSV and XLSX files, select specific columns, and generate new files with filtered data.
Processing on the Free plan is done entirely in your browser. On the Pro plan, larger files may be processed on our servers.
Plans and limits
Free Plan
Free, no registration required. Subject to the following limits:
- 1 unification per month
- Up to 500 rows per spreadsheet
- Up to 3 columns per output file
- Up to 3 files per upload
- Maximum 1 MB total upload size
Pro Plan
Requires an active subscription. Includes expanded limits:
- Up to 40 unifications per month
- Up to 5,000 rows per spreadsheet
- Up to 10 columns per output file
- Up to 15 files per upload
- Maximum 2 MB per file (30 MB total)
- Priority server-side processing
Limits may be adjusted at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance.
Acceptable use
By using Tablix, you agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent your plan's usage limits.
- Use the service to process illegal or unlawfully obtained data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the service's source code.
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code.
- Use automation (bots, scrapers) to access the service without prior authorization.
- Intentionally overload the service's infrastructure.
User content
You are solely responsible for the files you upload to Tablix. The service does not claim ownership of your data.
On the Free plan, files are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
On the Pro plan, files are processed in server memory and discarded immediately after processing. We do not store, copy, or retain your files.
Intellectual property
Tablix, including its interface, source code, design, and brand, are the exclusive property of Tablix Tecnologia.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Limitation of liability
Tablix is provided "as-is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to: data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate processing results.
The total liability of Tablix Tecnologia, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.
Availability
We strive to keep Tablix available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may result in temporary unavailability.
Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms of Use.
We may discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, with reasonable prior notice when possible.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through a notice on the service.
Continued use of Tablix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
The courts of São Paulo - SP are elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.
